Our goal at S.O.C. is to provide orthopedic and general health information to the public in easily accessible forms. The articles we present were written over the past several years by Dr. Dan Silver, to inform and educate patients, originally found in various different publications. These articles address not only strictly medical issues, but also legislative, legal, and medical insurance concerns. Our hope is to leave our visitors with a more complete understanding of every aspect of their orthopedic and general health care.

This website is created with the patient in mind, so that complicated issues can be easily understood. It is our belief that the more information patients have about their symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment options, the better judgments they can make as to whom to see and what is being recommended to them by their medical providers.
